TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems underlying the functioning of the website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected for the purpose of being associated with identified subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and matching with information held by third parties, allow users to be
identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
These data are used only to keep track of the traffic developed by the site, to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. These data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The voluntary sending of e-mail messages to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, and of any
other personal data included in the message.
The voluntary compilation of web forms (field forms) with some minimum personal data involves the collection, in the form of a database, of such data entered by the user and their
conservation until the interested party requests their cancellation (pursuant to art . 7 of the Privacy Code).
This site does not use first-party profiling cookies, as defined by the Provision of the Privacy Guarantor of 8 May 2014 Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies, for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor are the so-called c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users.
The use of technical cookies (session or functional, always pursuant to the above provision) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient navigation of the site, ( allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas); the collection in aggregate form of information on the number of users and how they visit the site; to allow the user to browse according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided.
The use of these cookies on this site avoids the use of other IT techniques that are potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of users' browsing, and does not allow the acquisition of the user's personal identification data.
